VINCENT VAN GOGH

Vincent Van Gogh was born in 1853 in Groot-Zundert, netherlands. He produced a large number of works mainly in the post-impressionist and symbolism artistic styles. Little known during his lifetime, he reached his peak with the work La nuit étoilée made in 1889. His favorite production technique is oil painting on canvas. He distinguished himself mainly in landscape painting and still life.
