Which countries does Oh-Josephine deliver to? 
Oh-josephine delivers worldwide by Relais Colis, Colissimo or DHL for France and by Colissimo or DHL for the rest of the world. Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the country of destination and the delivery time you select when placing your order.

What are the delivery times?
Oh-josephine print, pack and ship your order from our workshop located in France. The deliverw time given is indicative only and may vary due to unforseen delays in delivery, exceptionally high number of orders or any other circumstances beyond our control.

What are the shipping fees?
For deliveries in mainland France, Oh-josephine offer you the shipping costs for any order of €39 and above. If the value of your order is less than this amount, you will be charged shipping costs. These shipping costs vary according to the option of your choice and according to the country of destination.
The delivery costs are indicated in the order process before your order validation.

What are the customs duties?

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties. 

  • When applicable, these customs fees are  payable directly to the carrier who will deliver your order.
  • If you wish to know the amount of these customs charges, Oh-josephine invites you to contact the customs department of your country.

Oh-josephine attaches great importance to your satisfaction. This is why we pack your order with the greatest care and protect it for shipment. 

Delivery tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email informing you that your package has been sent. In this email you will find a tracking link to the carrier's page. This link allows you to follow step by step the delivery of your package. 

  • If you haven't received, we recommand you to check your SPAM box.
  • You have the option to track your delivery in your personal account.

Did you miss the first delivery?
The carrier will leave you a transit advice note on which you will find the necessary  information to collect your package.

Didn't pick up your package?
The package is returned to Oh-josephine if you have not picked it up. In this case, you will be charged €20 to cover additional shipping and handling costs.

My withdrawal rights
In the event that you are not satisfied or if you changed your mind, Oh-Josephine offers you the possibility of returning your order within 30 days from the date of receipt and getting a full refund. To do this, you can use the online return form or contact Oh-Josephine within this 30-days period via our contact form, mentionning your order number. 

My package is received damaged
Oh-Josephine takes the utmost care in protecting and packing each art poster or fine art photograph. However, it may happen that the package is damaged during its transportation. We advise you to send us some pictures of your damaged package and its contents via our contact form. Oh-Josephine send it back to you as soon as possible with no additional cost, or, if you decide to and once the poster or photograph has been received and the checks have been carried out, we would  reimburse the full price of your order. 

How to make the return?
Whether it is an art poster or an art photograph, Oh-Josephine advise you to keep the protection and the original packaging, which will allow you to reuse them for your return while ensuring the principle of packaging. secured. Then, you must contact Oh-Josephine by email via our contact form to organize your return.

Return fees
Return is at your expense except in the case of a package that arrives deteriorated.

How can I exchange my order?
Oh-Josephine allow you 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange your print for another one. For this, you can contact us by e-mail via our contact form to organize the exchange. This exchange will be treated as an ordinary return. The new order you wish to receive instead will have to be ordered from our online store.

How will I get my cash back?

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
  • If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
  • If you paid via Paypal, the refund will be made to your Paypal account.
  • If you have paid in 3 installments by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
